Job Description

1. Involved in drafting of policies and process related to all post sanction activities of Wholesale Banking segment considering the internal Bank policies & regulatory requirements.
2. Ensuring that the all related process is standardized & implemented across segment & locations.
3. To develop checks & controls to ensure all operational and regulatory risks are mitigated through transaction checks being done by external CA’s.
4. To periodically test the validity of control mechanism & bring in the required modifications to be aligned to changing Business requirement.
5. Providing specification for system development/modifications for developing inbuilt system controls related to the activities undertaken by transaction team
6. Conducting User acceptance tests(UAT) for system specifications provided.
7. Training people on regular basis so as to create awareness of process changes.
8. Review of Audit reports, RCSA reports so as to ensure the controls as mentioned in point 3 are reviewed periodically.

Qualification  CA/CS
Experience  6 to 7 years

Job Description 

1. Ensure meetings with stakeholders. MoM with action steps on Process Improvement, System enhancements, simplified Customer Experience to be published and tracked for closure
2. Partner with Technology ,Business and Risk to come up with Straight Through Processing (STP) and developing control points
3. Working closely with line function in developing and implementing automation
4. Implementation of strategy involves defining action plan at each stage, responsibility and enablers required for the same.
5. Take initiatives in understanding existing process and identify need for automation/ digitalization
6. End to end delivery of the project scope within time, cost, quality and management of associated risk profile
7. Define workflow and approach document with control points
8. Develop business requirement documentation and system requirement documentation preparation/Signoff (Collaborate with relevant stakeholders towards identifying and analyzing gap basis business requirements and technical solutions available)
9. Facilitate UAT & Load Testing of projects
10. Tracking projects initiated in Units for closure within the timelines agreed
