Experience 4 – 5 years
Reporting To SM After Market

Responsibilities

1 Ensure leading value proposition and managing product lifecycle end to end – managing new product development roadmap, securing required changes/developments in development, testing and validation, feature

2 Manage Commercial Strategy – Responsible for managing budgets, Incentives and schemes, Portfolio performance, Cost control

3 Price Setting considering key business goals such as price positioning in the market, Segments & applications, new models, targeted penetration and financial result of SA Portfolio

4 Develop and execute Brand and communication for Eicher Freedom Service Agreements in order to establish and communicate Customer value proposition to relevant customer segments. Undertake brand building activities both internally & externally with relevant stakeholders

Competencies

  • MBA from an institute of repute and at least 2 years work experience after MBA
  • Product Management Experience, Knowledge regarding statistical methods for data analysis
  • Automotive experience
  • Exposure to Commercial Vehicle/ Earth moving equipment industry

Responsibilities

  • The incumbent will be responsible for executing our people initiatives and HR functional excellence as well as process improvements – Sourcing & screening resumes from various portals (i.e Naukri, LinkedIn, TimesJobs, etc)
  • Preparing MIS Reports and HR scorecard on a daily and monthly basis
  • Coordination for scheduling interviews and conducting telephonic rounds.
  • Conducting joining formalities and other administrative activities.
  • Coordination with campuses for the hiring of technicians through various ITI institutes
  • Coordinating for any Ad hoc duties/projects as in when required

Competencies

Working knowledge of Excel, Good communication, Time management
