Profile: To create the technology architecture and platform for ensuring a seamless design
implementation, integration to various systems and data models for future analysis. The
the person supposed to give an expert view of troubleshooting on all such issues during
development, testing, hypercar and ensure best in class manageable & agile architectures
are adopted.
Qualification: BE / MCA with 10 to 12 years in IT Services / Tech Startup around Mobile
Apps or Digital App
Experience: Should have experience in the following areas:
 Technology Experience
 Business Goals & Phase Alignments
 New tech areas knowledge of AI / ML integration
 Software Program Management
 Infrastructure Sizing (Across domains of Computer/Storage/ Security/Middlewares)
and App Platforms
 API Management
 Future Tech Roadmap

TECH LEAD (AI / ML / ANALYTICS) Post : One (1)

Profile: To lead all new initiatives for Digital Centre of Excellence (DCoE) around
bringing technology to reduce repeatable work, build data lakes for analytics on aspects
of risk, quality and propensity, support CRM and CC integrations build Bots that can be
used in various processes etc.
Qualification: BE /MBA with 10 to 12 years in Private Bank / FinTech / IT services
(around Analytics/Data Lake/ Bots)
Experience: Should have experience in the following areas:
 New Initiative / Innovation in Tech company
 RPA / AI / ML experience for at least 4 years
 Understanding of customer experience and concepts of UI / UX
 Analytics & BI
 Business & Solution Leadership roles

PROJECT HEAD Post: One (1)

Profile: To manage journey development schedule and quality of code, managing
developers and Project Managers from Vendor partners, ensuring best practices are
adopted for fast deployment. Should have the technical expertise and an eye to capture
known errors that creep up during development. Will supervise all journeys and will be
responsible to bring best in class industry practice of increasing Code Quality and Project
Qualification: BE/MCA with 10+ years in Software Company – Should have done at least
2-3 BFSI projects.
Experience: Should have experience in the following areas:
 Programming Languages expertise.
 Certifications (JAVA/SQL/Apache/NJS)
 Worked as Project Manager for at least 3 to 4 years in Software Company
 Team player and motivator
 A role in Certification / Resourcing for 2 to 3 years will be an added advantage


Profile: To work for the bank, in the FinTech partnership space with startups and
innovative product companies and identify opportunities for the bank to partner /
acquire and build on, over the existing base, offering enhanced effective models for
customer acquisition, customer experience or product extensions in an agile and
the seamlessly integrated manner with existing systems of the Bank.
Qualification: BE / MBA with 10 to 12 years’ experience
Experience: Should have experience in the following areas:
 Partnerships and Ecosystem management.
 Startup program experience especially in FinTech World with IT Services or BFSI
 Technology background of Integration with existing core systems.
 Having an analyst/consultative ability – good in creating/analyzing business plans
and interpreting annual reports, etc.


Profile: To build an SEO and SEM excellence practice for the Bank. Will create all SEM
campaigns and be the leader to create a favorable position with Google. The person will
also be liaison with various other publishers and sites of relevance to the Bank.
Qualification: MBA with 10 to 12 years’ experience with AD agencies or Marketing
Department of Services Industry (BFSI/IT/Retail)
Experience: Should have experience in the following areas:
 SEO / SEM expert with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same.
 Should have had media planning and relationship with a few popular publishers.
 Technology & Sales background is a bonus, achievement drive is mandatory.
 Good creative and writing skills.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No allowances/reimbursement will
be payable/made for attending the interview. The selection will be through interview
and personal interaction on the basis of eligibility, experience, qualification and
performance during interview/interaction (subject to duly fulfilling the prescribed
eligibility criteria). The engagement will be purely contractual in nature for a period of 3
years. The contract will be subject to the satisfactory completion of the background verification
of the candidate. Selected candidates will be appointed on contract basis and posted to
Digital Centre of Excellence (at Bengaluru) immediately. The selected candidate is also
liable to be transferred to the IT Department (at Head Office, Mangaluru) or Data Centre (at
Bengaluru) or any other Departments/Offices of the Bank according to the
administrative requirements of the Bank.

The pay compensation, other terms & conditions will be negotiated/finalized depending
upon the candidate’s suitability & experience and is market-driven.

 In the case of shortlisted candidates, all the requisite documents fulfilling the eligibility
criteria will be scrutinized against the original documents. Candidates have to produce
these documents while attending the interview. Hence, the candidates should ensure
that they fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria.
 The Bank will not be responsible if the candidate is not able to send the CV within the
