We do not want to just sell electric vehicles, we want to create the mobility ecosystem ( EVs, Finance, Charging Infrastructure, Fleet Management services etc.) of the future today.
POSITION KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Achieve business plan volume of electric vehicles for the assigned territory (4W+3W).
- Create new business opportunities through aggregators like Ola, Uber, Blusmart etc.
- Ensure end-to-end solutions for new segments and help customers to adopt EV ecosystem.
- Plan and execute important activities like Corporate, fleet contacts, experiential test drives, electric connects, CXO meets to generate enquiries and create a healthy pipeline.
- Ensure effective relationship with leasing companies, corporate and fleet customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage top fleet and bulk enquiries directly.
- Close monitoring of enquiries, pipeline, billing and retail.
- Relationship management with dealer principals/ dealership manpower and capability building of dealership corporate and fleet team.
- Closely Work with the customer care team to ensure the satisfaction of fleet customers- Existing & New.
- Work with RSM/ZH/ RBH and HO, update on competitive intelligence and share feedback on M&M products from our key customers.
- Align stakeholders- RSMs, RBH, CBH, ZH, CC team to effectively deliver on new initiatives and business volume.
