- Achievement of Sales Target : Achieve the sales targets as well as acquire New to Bank Customers Identify potential areas and base of customers for business Liase & drive core business through Branch, Private Banking, DSA and other Retail Asset channels
- Cross Sell Products : Engage with customers and cross-sell engagement products and activation products at every new sourcing level Cross-sell of various Assets and Liability products Team Management Constant motivation of HBL / Sales Officer Sourcing channels through efficient trouble-shooting, trainings Ensure team achieves productivity levels.
- Quality Parameters Lead Management, ensure timely updation & high conversion ratios Ensure complaints are resolved and closed within the TAT prescribed Maintain quality of documentation with reduction in errors 4.
- Good Communication skills
- Analytical and good interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of overall financial markets and lending business
